Abeon Hosting

Abeon Hosting was a fairly small website hosting and development business setup due to demand and a gap in the market. It was cheaper, and technically easier, to create a small hosting site from which to conduct my freelancing.

My knowledge with web based languages has developed as the internet has grown in popularity. I started off with small HTML and CSS designs but quickly moved on to PHP, JavaScript and other languages as more power became available to browsers.

I have always been a big supporter of cross-browser support and graceful degradation simply because of the wide reach of the internet and its original intent of universal support and access.

Running a hosting business takes a certain amount of technical knowledge as daily support requests include email, DNS, security and much more! Learning how servers how was essential to providing hosting services and helped me expand my skill set in general.
I have taken on many website design projects during my time as a freelance programmer, many of which have been arcade websites. From small edits to complete custom themes.
I have worked on a few small marketing and SEO campaigns, mostly based on arcade websited and forums. I worked on SEO tweaks to most of the main forum focused CMS including phpMyBB, IPN, vBulletin, PHP Fusion and more!

I am always open to discussing potential freelance projects. If you have an idea you want to see realised, or would like advice, feel free to get in touch using the contact form.
